THE PRACTICE:
Changes Psychological Services, PLLC is a small, insurance-based private practice that opened in Washington, DC in September 2016 and added a location in Arlington, VA in April 2023. We are a close-knit and collegial group that is looking to add exceptional clinicians to our team! We specialize in CBT for adults with anxiety and OCD, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Our clients include early career professionals, college/graduate students and government employees.
THE POSITION:
This position is ideal for those who want to enjoy the clinical aspects of private practice without the day-to-day tasks of running a business. This is an independent, 1099-contractor position that requires a minimum of 15 hours per week of direct client contact. An initial one-year commitment is required and positions are entirely remote.
Licensed Clinical Psychologists, LPCs and LICSWs with advanced training and experience in CBT (or similar evidenced-based interventions) are encouraged to apply. Individual consultation is available weekly and upon request, for support with diagnostic and treatment considerations. In addition, group consultation is also available monthly. Willingness to become credentialed with insurance panels is required. Credentialing assistance is provided.
